Question about Return date on H1B

Hi Friends,

Need one information. I am on H1B visa for company A . I joined company A in USA in April 2013. My visa is expiring on 15th May 2014. I have following questions.

1) What date/deadline i need to leave USA ?
2) Does my company A will provide me the return Air tickets to India when i will leave USA in case if i resign from company A or not ?

1. You can work for A till they are willing to keep paying you or till I-94 expiry whichever is earlier.
2. If you resign the company is not bound to pay for your return trip unless otherwise mentioned in your offer letter. If they terminate you then Yes they have to arrange for your return tickets.
