H1B Extension - RFE status - Please help - Need clarificationof document requested

Hi all

I got RFE for H1B extension. They have asked for a list of documents including client letter.

Out of the list of docs, one document i am not sure what it really means and what i need to submit for that. Below is the exact sentence of it:


" Evidence related to Maintenance of Initial Employer-Employee Relationship issue: it must be documented that a valid employer-employee relationship was maintained with the beneficiary throughout the previous H-1B approval period. Please provide the following evidence:

· Copy of work schedules from prior years; "

Can some one help to understand what this work schedules means ? Have any one got this query and submitted such document ? Kindly help me please.
