Regarding H4 Stamping

Hi All,

I was working for Company A with H1B earlier and shifted to Company B and the H1B transfer was successful with Company B. I also got the extension along with Transfer and the validity is till September 2016. And my spouse also got the extension till September 2016. Mine and my spouse stamping with my Company A is valid till March 2014. The questions here are

1. My wife want to travel to India and come back before the visa expires. So will there be any issues if she comes back without stamping is done.

2. Whether she can go for stamping without my H1B stamping is done.

3. Whether she can go for stamping before the old stamping expires.

Please help me on these queries.

1. In principle, she can do that. But recently CBP is issuing I-94's according to Visa and not petition. So she may get a shorter I-94 on returning and may need to extend it again.
