Emergency Appointment

I was trying to have an emergency app for H1 stamping in Chennai for Feb. It is already full. They have not opened March yet. Now the question is
1. When would they open the bookings for March?
2. Do they give last minute appointments? I see a lot of available dates in Oct. Will I get an appointment for Feb If I try in Dec/Jan?

Faster response will be greatly appreciated.

Please verify just now is saw in TTS Site,we have slot in Jan'06,this info is as on 11:25 PM (27092005).
