"I am trying to login & schedule the visa consulate appointment for the interview.

Earlier my employer has used their login to complete the appointment steps. But now I want to use my own login. I have created a new login id & tried to submit the form, but getting this error & no option for me to continue. Any help ?


Your personal details match the profile which already exists in our database. The user id of that profile is "[email protected]". If you created this profile in the past, you have the option to transfer your account to this previous one in order to avoid any inconveniences that may arise from having multiple accounts.
I think you posted an answer to a similar issue in past on immihelp.com. Please help me how to sort it out.

I am trying to login and schedule the visa consulate for the appointment to attend the interview.
earlier my father used an username to apply for B1/B2 visa back in 2019. We applied for the visa as a family and the visa was issued for us.
But now I created my own for the study purpose a new login and password and tried to submit the form and it is showing error and no option for me to continue.

it says

this is message that I receive once I try to continue filling the form. But when I click on confirm and upload my passport details after few seconds I receive a mail saying that “ we would like to you inform that your profile duplication request needs to be raised from a different/new emails address “
Kindly advise me on this issue
can you please help me resolve the issue?!
