Earlier my employer has used their login to complete the appointment steps. But now I want to use my own login. I have created a new login id & tried to submit the form, but getting this error & no option for me to continue. Any help ?
Your personal details match the profile which already exists in our database. The user id of that profile is "[email protected]". If you created this profile in the past, you have the option to transfer your account to this previous one in order to avoid any inconveniences that may arise from having multiple accounts.
I think you posted an answer to a similar issue in past on immihelp.com. Please help me how to sort it out.
