Question on job switch while on h1
Hello there ,
I work for employer A which holds my h1 with its current approval valid till 07th jan 2014 and my current i94 valid till jan 17. The employer is in the process of applying the extension.
How ever I got an offer from the emp B who processed my h1 transfer in premium and got approved. Also now it's found that emp A's request has gone for RFE.
Considering the situation, I have a query
I wanna join emp B but I wanna give a couple of weeks notice to emp A from a courtesy stand point. But can I work with them post jan 7?
If I stay with Emp A, after jan 17 and wanna join emp b after that, do I have to leave the country and get a re stamping?
Appreciate if any one can answer my concern..
