How is the availability of dates in mumbai for Feb2014

I have already booked tickets for mumbai india in Feb 2014 but I havent started yet the DS 160 and appointment form.

Have I missed the boat of taking visa appointment at mumbai for H1b in Feb 2014? Am I too late I mean that are there any dates if anyone knows which are available for Feb 2014?
