H1B Visa Application During L1B extension
Hi All,
I am currently in L1b . My visa expired on Dec 2nd 2013.My employer has filed an extension.The case is it may get approved or rejected.In this situation ,I am planning to apply H1B fresh petition for 2014-2015 . If it gets rejected in May or June I may need to go back to India. My question is
1) Is it possible to apply H1b in this situation.
2) If they apply H1b in April with US resident address and If i go back to India in May,what legalities or procedures i need to undergo
