I have a valid H1B Visa. My current employer doesn't exist.How would I get transfer my H1b visa? Is it legally valid?
I am first traveler to USA.

If you have the I797 Approval Notice or copy yes you should be able to transfer the H1 by having the next employer file a cap exempt transfer petition.

Till when is the visa valid?
