Visa expired on jan7,2014. Company posted LCA in dec. last week till feb15,2014. today got h1b filling receipt also. if till feb15 will not get h1b approval then what are the chanses?
1) i need to go back to India Or
2) company can post LCA on receipt base only?
3) anyone listen , h1b extend only for one month because got lca only for one month.
