    Head Count

    Hi,
You should say its a small company as my friend went for stamping here at Malaysia even his comapny has the head count of 20. During the interview he said that he is going to work for a smaller company, the VO didnt even care about that. Hope it doest matter as long as the company has some potential clients, and good turn overs there shouldnt be any problem.

    Best wishes.

    Kumar

      Hi Shry,
The smaller the company, the better the documentation ought to be. Make sure you have all your project/client details. Sometimes even the tax-papers of the company and photos.
      All the best.

        Hi Veena

My employer has 22 employees and around 2 milion usd turnover per year. what do u think, is it a problem or a normal company so they will take it normal
or i shd prepare all sort of documents, act employer lil reluctant in giving many documents, he is saying not req and no problem, as he never gave any of these documents to anyone else and they never had any problem, even the attorney is not saying anything,
wat do u suggest , shd i ask him again n again for all these documents or wait till the time i get stamping or 221(g) .. no other option
        1) Photographs of the US Company
        2) Lease of the US company
        3) Tax Returns (usa company tax return)
        4) Annual Returns of company
        5) company Broucheres
        6) A complete statement from the petitioning employer explaining how and why H/L worker's position has been kept vacant since the time the job was offered.
        7) Provide a Detailed and specific account of how H/L worker will be employed during the next 12 months. Be sure to specify location, client contact information, nature of the project and duration of the project.

Pls tell me do we really need all these documents from company or is it ok without all these documents, lil confused and tensed too

        regards

          Hi ddlj,
You can only request your employer to give you all the details. 22 employees is only small -medium category. Try to get atleast the details of the project or the client you are going to be working for, and if possible, a letter from the client that they will be utilising your services.
