DS-157 (Expired)

Dear Friends,

The form DS-157, which appears in all he sites including travel.state.gov has already expired(31 July, 2005). Is it ok if we use this.

What sh'd be done to get the latest form.

The latest version is the one available on uscis.gov. If the one there is also the same, then you do not have to worry.

The form available in USCIS.gov itself is the expired one...I think we have to use the same....
