Hi,

I am new to this forum. I recently got married and went to USA on H4 with my husband. Later on I applied for H1. One of the consultancy in USA sponsored my H1. For some reasons I couldn't get a job in my place. So, they cancelled(or stopped sponsoring) my H1. Now, what should I do to work in USA?
Should I have to reapply for H1?
Can I join any other consultancy that holds my H1?
Kindly help me in this regard.

You have to be more specific when you say "they stopped sponsoring" . Was the H1 petition approved? If yes was it COS or consular process?

Also dont understand that if they stopped your visa processing how another consultancy still "holds" your H1?
