Hi guys,
I am in USA on H1B visa since Jan 2013. Currently, my visa extension request is in progress with USCIS, and I'm waiting for the decision on it. My previous visa (and I-94) have already expired a couple of months ago.
My question is :- Just in case my visa extension application gets rejected by USCIS, then for how many days can I continue to stay in USA? Will i be supposed to leave the country immediately OR will i be given some buffer days to wrap up my things here (like closing the home lease, selling household stuff, etc.) ?
Regards,
