Applying H1B while Green card-I-485 pending

Hi Experts,

I have filed for I-485 and went out of US due to an emergency.
out of US for 3 years.

If I apply for an H1B thru a different company now is there any chance that it is rejected,
due to a I-485 application pending?

If there is no issue in applying H1B, then is it possible to transfer GC process to a new company after landing in US?

Plz suggest.

Your I485 shouldn't negatively impact your new H1.

Yes it is possible.
