Passport renewal after visa stamping

I have my visa stamped in my passport. But my passport is expiring in less than a year now. I am going to apply for a new passport soon. Once I get my new passport, should I get my visa stamped again in my new passport?

No need. The Visa in old passport is still valid. Carry both the passports with you as and when you travel.
