H4 Stamping after H1 transfer

I had H1B for company A till Sept 2013 and My wife was with me in US with H4+I94 till Sept 2013. Meanwhile, I changed job and both my and my wife's approval notice are tilll 2016.
My wife is planning to go to India:
1. Is she eligible for Drop box or she has to visit consulate for H4 stamping.
2. In second case, I am planning to opt for Delhi consulate. Can somebody please share H4 experience in Delhi.

Any suggestions/comments are highly appreciated.

Yes. I believe H4 dependents can avail of this.
