H1B Visa transer while in India

I need your support on below queries:

I am located in India and I had valid H1B visa till end of this year 2014 (Through Company A in India). I would like to transfer my visa to “Company B” which is in USA.


1> What will be status of my existing petition (company A), when company B (in USA) processed H1B transfer and when it gets approved?

2> When company B (in USA) is processing my H1B Transfer, in same time if I get any opportunity to travel to USA through company A (in India)

- Is it safe to travel?

1. A's petition will be active as long as it is not expired/revoked.
2. You travel with A's petition. No issues.
