Going to Hyderabad India for H1 Stamping in MAR

I am planning to go India (family)from CA,USA to get H1/H4 stamping in Hyderabad. I came to USA last visit on 2010 on L1 visa and converted to H1 in 2011. Working as EVVC model but i will get Client Letter. I am seeing lot posts that every body got stamped in Hyderabad recently.

After 4 yrs i am going to India to get stamped and i also i have approved I140 (PD 2012) ...

what are the chances getting stamped if i have complete W2 and Employer and employee relationship documents?

Also i have US born child and going family to visit..

please provide the valuable advice so that i can plan accordingly.

No one can predict on the chances. EVVC models are always dicey. Approved I140/US citizen child will not matter.
If you have the right paper work I would say go confidently.
