Hi All,
My H-1B petition got approved in Oct-2011 and is valid till 30th Sep 2014. I am planning to go for Visa Stamping next week in Delhi Consulate.
1. Is there any issues or question may be asked by VO, why I did not stamp my VISA since 2 yrs. In this scenario what should be a good answer.
2. During my petition I did not include my wife and child name, but wanted them to go with me as dependent VISA. Can they go with me directly or I need to do anything else?
3. My passport number changed during this period due to change in address in passport. Will it have any impact on my VISA stamping as in petition/approval old passport number is there?
4. My Son's name is not on his birth Certificate, will it has any impact. Although on his passport my and wife name is there?
Please help with these questions as I it will help reduce our nervousness.
