No Objection Certificate for H4 Dependency visa

Hi,
My wife is working in US (on H1B) and I am currently working in a software company in bangalore.
I am planning a short visit to US on H4. I am planing to take leave for a month from my current organization for my trip.

Do I have to get an NOC certificate from my current organization for my H4 interview?
If yes, what should be its content?

No need, its only a requirement for Govt/State employee.
