  • L1a- h1b

Currently I have L1A with valid I-94 till Nov,2015. and my company promised me that in April they will initiate my GC process but i am not confident.

Also I am getting a sponsor for H1B 2014-15(Not current employer) for fresh quota this year. so my question is in case my H1B denied or got some RFE or not approved then will it impact on my GC process if initiated on L1A. Please advise.. .

    Thanks in adv.

    Hello, Rakesh.

As long as your L1A, or any other visa, documentation is in place and your status in USA is valid, an H1B rejection or RFE should not adversely impact your Green Card. The rejection and RFE record will definitely stay in the USCIS systems but i do not feel it is something harmful.

Hope this helps. Personal opinion. I am not a professional.

    Wishing you luck.

    Cheers,
