I had a H1B Visa from employer A between 02/04/2002 to 02/11/2004. I was in US on this visa for only around 6 Months or so. I know that a H1B petition is valid for 6 years with time in US limited to 3 years in total.
This means that I have some time still left on that petition.
I took an L1 after expiry of this H1B visa. So I am not sure if it will void the last H1B visa all together or not.
Do you know if I can use the last H1B visa which I had last time to bypass the current year's H1B visa cap ?
Can that last visa be used to have a transfer and work for different employer B ?
