Hi,
Can somebody tell what kind of H1B applications are exempted from this year's H1B Visa cap.
If I have a L1 currently, or H1B sometime back (petition expired), and a employer is willing to sponsor my new H1B petition, will it have to be a new application and can be exempted from current H1B visa cap.
