h1b canada stamping - question

I am bachelors degree holder and working in US for past 4 years - IT field. I am planning to apply for canada stamping (my 3rd stamping - first in chennai and second thru post in st.louis). Some people say if you are a bachelors degree holder it is better you get stamping in India..All of my friends are Masters Degree holders and have had no problems getting it in Toronto.

Could some one who had only bachelors degree share the experiences in stamping in canada. Any specific questions etc..It would be useful Thanks
