I'm in h4 visa and I'm planing to go to India in the month of May,when I went in 2011 with my kid for visa interview I got 221g pink slip but my kid visa got approved on the spot,I got my visa after 3 months but by mistake they stamped upto 2016 and for my kid they stamped correctly according to I97 that is upto 2012 and that time I asked you for ur advice whether it's safe to travel with that visa and now I have a question if I go to India now will I have to go again to visa stamping( my husband changed the employer but I have a valid I97)and for my kid alone can I use drop box facility and if I put documents in drop box I have to put my valid visa copy will it again create a problem and will the consulate people call me again for interview,I want to know the possibilities so I can plan well ahead and come so plz kindly do reply me.
