H1 Transfer in one year

Hi,

I am working for a company A from May 2003 but was on my student visa CPT. And I got my H1 through the same company from last Oct 2004. Now I got a fulltime offer from company B. I am planning on India trip during Nov 2005. If I go for h1 stamping, will it be a problem?

1) Will they question me why am I changing my employer in 1 year of my H1?
2) Generally what do they ask in H1 transfer scenarios?

Please advise.

Hi Swetha,
H1B stamping will not be an issue if your US Co. is good and you have been paid in accordance with the law and that you have maintained legal staus for the entire period you were in the US. Changing the Co. is also not an issue. If you anticipate a question on it, just have a convincing reply.
