I'm currently working for company A in the US on an H1B visa and have done for several months. I am moving back to the UK and intending to hand in my notice for company A after leaving the US.
There are a couple of companies in the US that I am interviewing with. If I get a job at one of these and Company A has already revoked my H1B petition to work for them, will that mean that my overall H1B is cancelled, or just relating to working for them?
Will the other company (ies) be able to submit an H1B petition for me to work for them - not subject to the 2014 cap - if I've not spent any time in the US illegally?
