H4 to H1 visa conversion- am I eligible for Master's quota

Hi to all,
I have obtained my master's degree from a USA University in Dec 2010. And my OPT expired before I can apply for my H1 two years back. Right now I am on H 4 and planing to file my H1 through some local company.
As I am on H4 right now but haveing a US master's degree am I eligible for Maters Quota for 2014 H1b process or not.
Please reply as soon as possible.

If it is an accredited university, yes you can.
