  • H1B Educational Eligibility

    Hi Everyone,
I have completed B.E in Mechatronics Engineering. My H1B Visa application got rejected saying for a non-IT related degree minimum 3 Yrs of work experience required when filing for petition. On April I will complete 2 yrs 9 months. But I will complete 3 yrs on 11-july-2014. And I studied C,C++ in this course. So, give me some suggestion how to get it done ?

You need to first get education + expreience evaluation done.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
