Regarding required docs for h1b filing

Could you please let me know is convocation certificate mandatory for h1b filing?
I'am btech 2009 passed out. I have not applied for convocation yet. I am on h4 visa now. Am planning to apply for h1 b in April . I have all my btech semester mark sheets , consolidated memo and provisional certificate.

Provisional degree or marks cards wont do. You need to have the original degree with you.
