Hi, I am currently on L1B visa with company A and planning to apply for H1b COS through company B. My question is that if my H1 gets approved in Aug and i get a better offer through company C meanwhile, can i transfer my H1 to company C even though H1 validity starts from oct 1? Can i join company C directly on Oct 1st ?
