Hello Everyone,

I've got H1B approval from my company baed in NJ. I've questions about DS-156. My Elder sister who is US Citizen has applied for my Parmant residancy.
Should i mantion that in the DS-156 forms's column
"Has anyone ever filied your immigration-Petition?"

Please Share your experienced opinion.

Hi Hets,
You should answer "yes" to the question. Misrepresentations can bar you from US Visas. Be truthful. However, that will not have an impact on your H1B stamping if everything else is in order.
