First time H-1B stamping in London?

Hi Guys,

I am an Indian citizen currently working for an IT company in the U.S. on an H-1B visa. I have to travel for a business trip to London in March. I was wondering if I can get my first H-1B visa stamping done in London itself while I am there, rather than travelling all the way to India just for this? I will be travelling to London on a Business Visa and intend to stay there for about a week. Is this sufficient time for the stamping to be completed?
