Applying for H1B through one employer and stem is pending through another employer.

Hello,
I have a question about H1B petition for fiscal year 2015. Right now I'm in my 12 month opt which will be

expiring in May 2014. I have applied for STEM extension(17 month) and USCIS has received my documents on Feb

25th and it is in progress. Both 12 month & 17 month are applied through employer A. I'm planning to change

my employer to employer B who is offering to file H1B petition. Will it be any problem if I file H1B through

employer B ? Does it have any issues with change in the status ?

Any help would be appreciated.
