How to retian my H1B status

Hi There,

Could you please help me with my situation.

I came in usa on H4 visa in 2013 and filed a h1b which got approved in jan 2014
Now I am expecting and my due date is in May but still searching for job . Till now no success .Now I think I am not in a condition to join in a company as May is very near.
What will be the best option in my situation regarding my H1B status
Please suggest.

Was your h1 petition approved as COS or consular process? if it was COS, then you are already out of status.

It is a COS.if I am out of status already so what is best to do in this case ..should I come back to my H4 and after my delivery can I again get back to my H1B?Is this process simple or complex??

It is difficult to do any COS when you are out of status. Please consult an immigration attorney to handle your case without any delay.
