Btech convocation not available is provisonal+consolidted marksheet enough?

Hi Everyone,

A US based company is filing H1B visa for me this year in April first week, hence i was asked to submit some documents which includes scanned copies educational documents also, unfortunately my convocation certificate is not avaiable right now(Need to apply), i have my consolidated marksheet & provisional certificate with me, I am getting mixed replies regarding this query from my friends who are working on same visa , could you please help me out its urgent ,please guide me
