Hi,
I came to USA in May-2008 on L1b and switched on to H1b in Oct-2012.
The I-94 issued on H1b has validity until 30-Sep-2015.
My PERM for Green card was applied in Jan-2013, which is more than 365 days as of now, presently waiting for a decision due to Audit.
My six of years of stay (maximum allowed stay on H1b) in USA will end by May-2014.
Since my six of years of stay will end by May-2104, can someone advise me whether I need to go for H1b extension on the basis of PERM or can I continue to stay on I-94 as it has validity until 30-Sep-2015 ?
