Hi,

I wanted to know that the experience letters from previous employers (not current employer) that we submit while applying for h1b petition are really very import docs? If we bring different expereince letters of previous employers during visa interview, does VO really match them with the submitted ones? (Companies are same only employment dates doesn't match)

they dont have the application of letters that you submitted before while applying for h1b but make sure you say the same dates as you have written in the DS157 when going for stamping

Hi,

I have the same problem.

I have submitted some dates in my visit visa last year (visit visa issued for a month, utilized by me) which now expired. Now, I got a job and processing for H1. My question is - if I submit different dates (same companies) for H1 now, Do they really compare with my visit visa application in the previous year? What happens if the previous employer does not respond properly?

I am completely nervous, Pleaz help me with this.
