Surname differs in passport to educational documents

Hi ,

Iam applying for H4 to H1 this year (coming April) , i have following question.

My passport shows 'after marriage surname' but all my educational documents shows 'before marriage surname', can you let me know do we have to take any extra steps or is it fine to apply H1 petition with first name, last name (after marriage one) as shown in the passport.?

Note-Am currently in US.

It should be as per the passport.

Yes, name in passport will be used, but case officer might look educational documents in which the surname is different, will this cause problems?
Do we have to provide notary affidavit?

am planning to send marriage certificate in which it clearly mentions my surname before marriage and surname after marriage.
