Max duration of stay in India after getting H4 visa

Hi,

My fiance and I are planning to get married in July. After which we are planning to apply for her H4 visa (I am currently working in US on H1-B visa).
I wanted to know if there is a cap to the max duration of stay allowed in India before flying to US on H4 visa since I am planning to fly her to US only in December.

No such duration, she can fly into US using her H4 visa as long as her visa is valid and you are maintaining valid H1 status.
