H1b transfer query

Hi. I am filing h1b sponsorship this year . While filing the visa my experience letters are emphasizing on software skills. My question is later when i transfer i h1b and provide experience letters showing other skill sets (non iT), then is it an issue? does USCIS compare the experience letters of the original petition and visa transfer petition?

Why would they be different?

I worked in IT and non IT domain both. So I have two experience letter from Two wings of my company illustrating what responsibilities I worked on. Currently I am getting my visa filed with a software company so I am showing my IT experience only. So if in future, I want to work on non IT project and show another experince letter (non IT), will that be a problem?
