My company filled my last year extension(6 year completed, 7th year started) based upon my PERM which we filled 1 year back. At this time, I have RFE on my perm and got rfe on H1 extn(company info. based RFE) too. I have family emergency and due to which I have to go back to india. My question is how much risk I am taking in this situation. Shall I go back or stay back and wait for my H1 extn approval.
