I have a valid H1B Visa stamped From company A. But company A is laid off( doesn't exist or block listed ( not exactly knows )). I never travelled to USA before.
Company B applied for h1b transfer in premium process and I got approved petition from company B.
My question is should travel using my old valid visa which was stamped on my passport? Or else it's required to go for new stamping?
If I go for new stamping with new approval from company B, how could be the chances of getting new visa with cancellation of my existing valid visa.
I am first traveler to USA.
Please provide me the possibility scenarios to travel USA.
