I am filling out DS-160 form.

I have got 2 traffic tickets.

There is a Q in Ds-160 form:

Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty, or other similar action?

What should I answer: Yes or No?

What should I answer: Yes or No?

Answer No unless you were actually arrested for those traffic tickets.
