Hello, I currently have a valid stamping on my H1-B (from my last Visit to India in Oct 2012) but it is for a company that I used to work for. The company was acquired by another company soon after my visa stamping. I received a new 797A after this new company processed my H1-B.
Now, I'm travelling to India again and I was wondering if I needed to get my VISA stamped again? I have asked a few people about this and they all say that stamping is not required. Just wanted to post here and confirm this...
