Can some one please let me know if I qualify for H1b Dropbox/Interview Waiver for Renewal ?
On - My most recent visa was issued in India

On - I received my visa after January 1, 2008
I have a question on this. My first H1B was from 2007 to 2010 and that is the visa on my passport. My H1B extension was from 2010 to 2013 and my visa expired in Oct/2013. The extension was not stamped in my passport as I was still in the US. I am now in India, my Perm and I140 are approved and I am waiting for H1B in PP. So will I qualify for interview waiver and drop box based on this? Please let me know.
