H1B Employer asking for Salary Back..
Hi,
Can you help in this situation.
I worked for consulting company for 5 months, he paid me on 70-30 basis all these months (paid only for 4 months). I resigned from the company very recently and joined new company. Now he says, he overpaid as per LCA (which is 60k). He threatens me of correcting all pay checks and will ask for over paid money back. Is this possible?, Any suggestions?. He paid only for 4 months, didn't pay for last month.
