What happens if I hold two H1 Petitions (I 797 approvals) at Port of Entry?

I'm in the US on H1 (Visa stamped till Sep 2015, I-94 valid till Jan 2015) working for Company A. I'm traveling to India in last week of April and returning in first week of May. I' will join Company B as soon as I return back to the US for which I'm planning to initiate H1 transfer in premium processing before I travel to India.

Question : If transfer gets approved before leaving to India or while in India, will there be any problem at POE? (Because I will hold two I-797 Approval Notice at that time).

Please advise.

You should show the I797 and related documents of the employer you would be working with on the first working day after entering US.

Sure. I will carry copy of I-797 Approval Notice at POE. Can you please elaborate more on what exact related documents do I need to carry? I will try to get it from my employer. Thank You very much for your response.
