I got my H1B Visa Stamped, But I have not travelled, Not even once. So If I change my company , can my visa be transferred to the new company.

Technically, there is nothing will get transfer. Your new employer can apply for a CAP exempt h1 petition based on your already approved petition. If it's approve, and if the visa in your passport is valid (yes, it's okay even if you have your old employer name on it) during your travel, You are all set to travel with the new approved petition
